If you want to achieve your goals and make significant progress, you need to achieve self-discipline.
Why You Can’t Achieve Self-Discipline
Self-discipline is difficult to achieve. But I’ve realized in order to achieve my goals, I need to discipline myself first.
I used to be addicted to sodas and ice cream. I couldn’t pass by without yielding to the temptation. Even if I felt horrible afterward, I didn’t care as long as I had my soda and ice cream. I didn’t know this was affecting me negatively.
A few months ago, I started having bad headaches. I drank water and green tea in an effort to cleanse my body. I felt a bit of relief but it didn’t take the headaches away.
I began to take an inventory of everything I was putting into my body. I also paid attention to how my body reacted to food.
